Academy of Success ("AOS", "we", "us") is operated by ACADEMY OF SUCCESS PTE. LTD. This Policy explains how we handle personal information across our website, courses, and related services (the "Services"). It supplements our Terms & Conditions.

We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the Services:

• Account & profile: name, email, and password (or Google sign-in), and any details you add to your profile.
• Purchases: courses purchased, order history, and billing details. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Learning activity: enrollments, progress, assessment (ULPI) responses, and certificates.
• Connected NLP account: when you choose to connect your NLP Masterclass and AOS accounts, we store the account connection and the course-credit activity needed to show and spend your balance. If you complete the NLP course and certificates are issued, AOS may hold private copies of the three certificates, their issue details and verification references.
• Affiliate data: for existing affiliate accounts, referral activity and payout details handled through our affiliate provider.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and usage/analytics data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications: messages you send us for support or enquiries.

• To provide and operate the Services, deliver courses, and grant access and certificates.
• To connect the accounts you authorize, show eligible AOS course credits, and deliver your NLP completion certificates in your private AOS account.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain records.
• To retain historical affiliate account and referral records and review earlier commission or payout questions.
• To personalize learning, respond to enquiries, and provide support.
• To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out).
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Services and comply with legal obligations.

We share personal information with trusted providers only as needed to run the Services, including:

• Payments — our payment processor handles card data and transactions.
• Hosting & database — cloud infrastructure and database providers that store your data.
• Historical affiliate records — our former affiliate platform retains referral and earnings records for existing-account support.
• Email & sign-in — email delivery and authentication providers (including Google sign-in).
• Analytics — to understand and improve usage.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. AOS affiliate tracking is disabled, so previously set referral cookies are no longer used to create new AOS commissions. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality such as staying signed in.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We then delete or anonymize it.

If you request deletion of a connected NLP account, its AOS certificate copies are hidden while we review any required record retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of an AOS-held copy.

We use account access controls and other measures intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you have a security concern.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also update most account information from your dashboard.

We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including Singapore and the locations of our service providers. We will apply the legal requirements governing those transfers, including a valid transfer mechanism or other protection where required. The Services are not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify you.
